Offsite Manufacture

By utilising our offsite construction method, we can simultaneously build any below ground and enabling works on-site whilst at the same time manufacture buildings in the factory. Offsite construction can be up to 50% quicker than traditional construction.

Timber Frame/SIPs

Timber framed or SIPs (Structural Insulated Panels) houses are among the many site-built construction methods that we provide.

These are fabricated offsite, allowing quick and easy onsite erection, which guarantees a faster construction time and higher levels of quality control, ensuring cost efficiency.

Refurbishment and Conversions

We have completed many refurbishment projects, including the conversion and refurbishment of public houses into dwellings. These, by their very nature, can be challenging but with our experienced and professional design and management team, we are well equipped to undertake any project.

Groundworks

Eko Custom Homes provides a range of design and install groundwork services including but not limited to foundations, piling, drainage, ducting, cable laying and pulling, pipe laying and road construction. Alongside these, we will design and install complete utility packages including any liaison with planning and utility providers. 

Technical and Planning Services

With our experienced team, we can produce all designs from concepts to as-builts, including marketing illustrations, technical packages and logistical designs to aid in any project.

ECH also offers a comprehensive planning service with our in house expertise, undertaking projects ranging from a single house conversion through to complete holiday parks and full housing developments.
