Built in East Yorkshire, 20 No. Lakeside lodges were designed and built to exacting sizes and specifications, enabling us to fit them onto the ferry and transport across to the Isle of Wight where they were craned into position. All of our lodges are fully compliant with ICW/NHBC warranty, allowing them to be fully mortgageable.

The existing Rookley Park Site had 58 cottages, with either 2 or 3 bedrooms. All of these lodges were refit internally, including the replacement of all windows and doors, to give a new, modern look and feel. Of these 58, a select few were converted to meet full DDA specification with specialist access ramps.

The existing amenity building was fully stripped out, including the bar area, stage, toilets and back of house in order to create a more functional space. ECH undertook a complete refit and redecoration, new windows and doors and additional decking to upgrade the facility and make it suitable for special occasions.
