Yes of course - We have a developer at Filey in North Yorkshire who would be happy to let us show you a fully operational development incorporating all of our standard range of homes.

Do you deliver anywhere?

Yes - We can deliver to anywhere on the UK mainland. If however you are wanting to place your new home somewhere outside the UK, we can discuss.

What size are they?

Factory built homes are incredibly flexible and can be configured to achieve most requirements.

What external finishes can be achieved?

Factory built homes can be finished externally in a variety of finishes, as per site build. e.g Brick, Stone, Timber, etc.

Can your homes be constructed more than one storey?

Yes - factory built homes can be up to 5 storeys..

Is planning permission required?

Yes - our homes require the same planning permission as a traditional site built home.

Do building regulations apply to factory built homes?

Yes factory built homes have to comply to full building regulations in the same way as site built homes.

What foundations do I require?

Due to the construction of our homes a variety of foundations can be employed. Slab, Pad and others to meet any ground conditions.

What's the buildings expected life?

Our homes are constructed utilising the same materials that would be used in a site built home so the expected life is the same.

Factory built homes are designed to be lifted and transported to site and then lifted into position.

Therefore by design they are inherently more robust than traditional site constructed homes.
