Eko Analogy

Ponder this this for a second... if you ordered a new car and the supplier turned up at your house and dropped all the parts on your drive and started to assemble your new car in the drive what would you do?

More than likely you'd ask them to take it away and give you a proper one fully built from the factory ready to drive.

So when buying your home why would you not apply the same logic and get a proper home from the factory ready to occupy?
